The ADAB project is going into full gear. On the one hand, we have communicated with many experts, and our Expert Consultation Series is starting. On the other hand, the project team is working in accordance with the proposed calendar.
One such work, the "Status Report on Munāẓara Texts and Translations," is conducted by Zafer Onur. The goal of this activity is to survey the literature on Munāẓara in different languages and types of documents, including original Munāẓara manuscripts (monographs, commentaries, and glosses) and English translations. Crucially, the Status Report will give us insight into another deliverable of the ADAB project: It will allow us to determine which Munāẓara texts are to be translated into English. In this event, Zafer Onur will share with us his initial findings in preparation for the Status Report and the equally exciting e-workshop entitled: "Excavating Munāẓara Manuscripts"
